Banana Bread Pudding Recipe
This banana bread pudding is a delicious way to use up overripe bananas and leftover bread.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Bread, cubed Day-old or stale bread works best
- 2 Bananas, ripe Mashed
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the mashed bananas and cubed bread to the mixture, and stir until the bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
