Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Grease your donut pan and fill each cavity about ¾ full with batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
