  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, softened
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add baking soda and salt. Stir in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
