Balsamic Vegetables Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe for balsamic roasted vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup Sliced red onions
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine all the vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the vegetables evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm.
