Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Baklava Topping

  • 1 cup Chopped nuts walnuts, pistachios, or a mix
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until center is set. Cool completely.
  5. Combine nuts, honey, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat until combined. Pour over cooled cheesecake.
