Baking Mix Blackberry Cobbler
A simple and delicious blackberry cobbler made with a baking mix.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups blackberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the blackberries and sugar. Let sit for a few minutes.
In another bowl, mix the baking mix and milk until smooth.
Pour the melted butter into a baking dish. Pour the batter over the butter, but do not stir.
Spoon the blackberry mixture evenly over the batter. Again, do not stir.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
