Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm or extra firm
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into slices.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the tofu slices in the marinade and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
