Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl. Toss to coat the tofu evenly.
  4. Spread the tofu cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
