Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
  5. Remove chicken from the oven. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce in the baking dish. Stir until thickened.
  6. Serve the chicken with the thickened sauce drizzled over it.
