  • 1 lb Scallops
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place scallops in a baking dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
