Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
  5. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
