Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fillets and sprinkle with fresh dill.
  6. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed packet.
  7. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Carefully open the foil packets and serve immediately.
