  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a baking dish, combine the rice and chicken broth.
  4. Place the seasoned pork chops on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
