  • 2 whole pompano fish cleaned and gutted
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the pompano fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fish in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff the fish with lemon slices and minced garlic.
  6. Cover the fish with aluminum foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
