  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian seasoned
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press chicken breasts into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and crust is golden brown.
