Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mahi Mahi about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
