Baked Cod Fish Tacos

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Cod Fillets cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 8 small Tortillas
Toppings
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo
- 0.5 cup Sour Cream
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
- 1 unit Lime cut into wedges
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
Coat the cod fillets in the spice mixture.
Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Warm the tortillas in the oven or on a skillet.
Assemble the tacos by placing the baked cod on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
