Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cod Fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 small Tortillas

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Coat the cod fillets in the spice mixture.
  4. Place the cod fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Warm the tortillas in the oven or on a skillet.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing the baked cod on the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
