  • 4 Poblano peppers roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roast and peel the poblano peppers.
  3. Stuff the peppers with shredded cheese.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  5. Pour tomato sauce over the peppers.
  6. Sprinkle cumin, salt, and black pepper over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve hot.
