Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with a side of your choice.
