Baked Butter Herb Perch Fillets
A simple and delicious recipe for baked perch fillets with butter and herbs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Perch Fillets about 6 oz each
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried parsley.
Place the perch fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the butter mixture over the fillets, making sure they are well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
