  • 4 fillets Perch Fillets about 6 oz each
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, and dried parsley.
  3. Place the perch fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the fillets, making sure they are well coated.
