Main Ingredients
- 2 red apples
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons apricot jam
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- to taste Powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Core and thinly slice apples. Soak in lemon water.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 strips.
Spread apricot jam on each strip.
Arrange apple slices on the strips, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up each strip and place in a muffin tin.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
