Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 red apples
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • to taste Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core and thinly slice apples. Soak in lemon water.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 strips.
  4. Spread apricot jam on each strip.
  5. Arrange apple slices on the strips, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Roll up each strip and place in a muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
