Main Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
- 24 pieces ladyfingers
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and Baileys until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and arrange a layer in a baking dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
6. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
