  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 slices Bacon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  4. Wrap the meatloaf with bacon slices, covering it completely.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
