Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf Recipe

- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 12 slices Bacon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
Wrap the meatloaf with bacon slices, covering it completely.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
