  • 12 jalapenos halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon cut in half

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each filled jalapeno half with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bacon is crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
