Instructions
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and cook until caramelized.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the onions. Cook until the eggs start to set.
5. Add the cooked bacon on top of the eggs. Fold the omelet in half and cook until fully set.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
