  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
  4. On 4 of the patties, place equal amounts of bacon, cheese, and onion.
  5. Top with the remaining 4 patties and seal the edges well.
  6. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  7. Serve hot on buns with your favorite toppings.
