Bacon Onion and Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions. Flatten each portion into a thin patty.
On 4 of the patties, place equal amounts of bacon, cheese, and onion.
Top with the remaining 4 patties and seal the edges well.
Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve hot on buns with your favorite toppings.
