Bacon Jam Recipe
A delicious spread made from bacon, onions, and a touch of sweetness.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon cut into small pieces
- 2 large onions diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coffee brewed
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, cook the onions until they are soft and caramelized.
3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and coffee. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add the bacon back into the skillet and let it simmer until the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
6. Let the bacon jam cool, then transfer it to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
