  • 2 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fold in cooked bacon and diced jalapeños.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
