  • 6 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk

  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. 2. Whisk in the flour and cook for about 1-2 minutes until it forms a roux.
  3. 3. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked bacon. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
