Instructions
1. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

3. Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked bacon. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot over biscuits.
