Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- to taste salt and pepper
Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
In a blender, combine avocado flesh, vegetable broth, lime juice, yogurt, garlic, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
