  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. In a blender, combine avocado flesh, vegetable broth, lime juice, yogurt, garlic, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
