Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
