Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados peeled and pitted
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
