  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add chickpeas, avocado, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin to a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
