Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Add chickpeas, avocado, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin to a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
