- 1 Avocado sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup Cooked sushi rice
- 4 Nori sheets
1. Lay a nori sheet on a flat surface or sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet.
3. Place avocado slices and cucumber strips along one edge of the nori sheet.
4. Roll the nori sheet tightly, using the sushi mat if available.
5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve.
