Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour
  • 0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut Oil, melted

Filling

  • 2 large Avocados, ripe
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until combined. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour filling into cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
