Avocado Chickpea Salad Recipe
A quick and healthy salad with avocado and chickpeas.

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Red Onion small, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, avocados, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or chill for later.
