Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mashed Avocado about 2 medium avocados
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup Flour all-purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocado and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
