Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mashed avocado about 2 avocados
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 units Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix mashed avocado, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
