Avocado Black Bean Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
