Ingredients

  • 500 g Lamb thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced lamb to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. 4. Thread the marinated lamb onto skewers and place them on a baking tray.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
  6. 6. Serve hot with pita bread, fresh vegetables, and your favorite sauces.
