Authentic Pad Thai Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles soaked in warm water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 200 g Chicken breast sliced thinly
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 4 pcs Green onions chopped
- 50 g Peanuts crushed
- 1 pc Lime cut into wedges
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tamarind paste
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. In a small bowl, mix together fish sauce, soy sauce, tamarind paste, and brown sugar. Set aside.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Push chicken to one side of the wok.
5. Pour beaten eggs into the empty side of the wok and scramble until cooked. Mix with the chicken.
6. Add soaked noodles and sauce mixture to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
7. Add bean sprouts and green onions. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
8. Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts and lime wedges.
