Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 12 spears Asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and some mozzarella cheese. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
