Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 12 spears Asparagus trimmed
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
Stuff each chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and some mozzarella cheese. Secure with toothpicks.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy!
