Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

Salad
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Dressing
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed salad greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and chopped cilantro.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
