Asian Salad Recipe
A refreshing and crunchy Asian-inspired salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
- ¼ cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
- ¼ cup Chopped Peanuts
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds, and peanuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
