Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
Add beef and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
