Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
