Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha optional
  • 2 tablespoon green onions chopped, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them. Turn to coat evenly.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, basting with the glaze halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
