Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Vegetables Carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
  • 200 g Chicken Breast Sliced thin
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
