Arugula Salad Recipe
A fresh and simple arugula salad.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a large salad bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Toss gently to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
