Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Arugula packed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Combine arugula, Parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  3. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the pesto is smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
