  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. Top with chopped artichoke hearts.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
